Play with your foursome and compete for a fabulous list of prizes! Following the golf, all participants are invited to attend a special reception with golf legend Colin Montgomerie, who will share tales of his storied golfing career and field questions. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet one of golf’s greatest-ever players–and to discover that the real Monty is not who you might think he is.

  • Time: 1:00 pm Shotgun start
  • Teams: Foursomes
  • Format: Two Best Balls – Net
  • Lunch: Boxed lunch provided
  • Prizes: Each foursome will compete for great prizes (shown below)
  • Reception: Cocktail Reception with Monty to follow golf (heavy hors d’oeuvres and cocktails included)

  • First Prize: 3 days/2 nights for four people at Southworth’s luxurious The Abaco Club on Winding Bay in The Bahamas OR Machrihanish Dunes in Scotland OR Creighton Farms in Virginia
  • Second Prize: Foursome at Willowbend including 1 night accommodation
  • Third Prize: Foursome at Renaissance including 1 night accommodation
  • Long Drive & Closest to Pin: Men’s and women’s long drive prizes on hole #9, closest to the pin prizes on holes #2 and #15

VIP-ONLY FLYNN ROOM TICKETS

VIP US Senior Open

The Club has acquired a limited number of very special VIP tickets for the Senior Open, which are available on first-come, first-served basis. These are special tickets that provide access to the Salem Clubhouse’s Flynn Room and the VIP veranda overlooking the 18th green. There’s no better ticket for what promises to be another thrilling Senior Open at Salem.  
A limited number of Clubhouse/Flynn Room tickets are available at a special discounted price:
  • Practice Rounds (Mon. June 26th-Wed. June 28th)  – $200 per ticket (a $250 value!)
  • Tournament Rounds (Thurs. June 29th-Sunday July 2nd) – $300 per ticket (a $425 value!)
Southworth will have a dedicated table in the Flynn Room. Flynn Room ticket holders are entitled to enjoy complimentary food and beverage.
