One size doesn’t fit all—that’s why Renaissance offers a variety of membership types, all designed to enable you and your family to make the most of our beautiful facilities and programs. Whether you’re looking to golf daily, or would just like to use the club’s facilities for swimming, fitness, and social activities, there’s a plan to fit your needs and your budget. All of our full golf memberships include your entire family, including children up to age 25 (details below), so everyone can get in on the fun.
A Modern Club with Flexible No-Risk Membership Options
- Initiation fee financing plans are available to prospects
- Under-45 membership with initiation fee installment plan and reduced dues until you turn 45
- Walking with no cart or caddie fees
- No food or golf shop minimums
Full Golf – Family (Age 45 – 69)
- Full access to the golf course, practice facilities, clubhouse, dining, pool, and tennis courts for all family members, including children 25 years and younger (the “immediate family”)
- Locker, bag storage, and GHIN handicap
- Eligible for all Club events, including Men’s 3-Day Invitational
- No food and beverage minimum
- Includes Social Membership
- Reciprocal privileges and benefits at all Southworth sister properties
Under-45 Golf Membership
To encourage young families and individuals to join the Club, an Under-45 Golf Membership Program is available to individuals or families under 45 years of age:
- Full access to the golf course, practice facility, clubhouse, dining, pool, and tennis courts for the individual only or for all family members, including children 25 years and younger depending on membership
- Locker, bag, and GHIN handicap
- Eligible for all Club events, including the Men’s 3-Day Invitational
- No food or beverage minimum
- Non-refundable initiation fee locked in until age 45
- Includes Social Membership for the immediate family
- Reciprocal privileges and benefits at all Southworth sister properties
Full Golf – Family (Age 45 – 69)
- Full access to the golf course, practice facilities, clubhouse, dining, pool, and tennis courts for all family members, including children 25 years and younger (the “immediate family”)
- Locker, bag storage, and GHIN handicap
- Eligible for all Club events, including Men’s 3-Day Invitational
- No food and beverage minimum
- Includes Social Membership
- Reciprocal privileges and benefits at all Southworth sister properties
Non-Resident Golf – Family
- Available to those who do not have a residence within 25 miles of the Club
- Eighteen (18) rounds of golf per year, per family, available to the immediate family
- Tournament access on a space-available basis with the exception of the Club Championship, which is only open to Full Golf members
- Access to the practice facilities before or after a round
- Full guest privileges
- Access to Members’ Grille Room, all dining facilities, and member social events for immediate family
- No food and beverage minimum
- Reciprocal privileges and benefits at all Southworth sister properties
Full Golf – Individual (Age 45 – 69)
- Full access to the golf course, practice facilities, clubhouse, dining, pool, and tennis courts for the individual only
- Locker, bag storage, and GHIN handicap
- Eligible for all Club events, including Men’s 3-Day Invitational
- No food and beverage minimum
- Individual membership includes Social Membership for the immediate family
- Reciprocal privileges and benefits at all Southworth sister properties
Non-Resident Golf – Individual
- Available to those who do not have a residence within 25 miles of the Club
- Twelve (12) rounds of golf per year for individual only
- Tournament access on a space-available basis with the exception of the Club Championship, which is only open to Full Golf members
- Access to the practice facilities before or after a round
- Full guest privileges
- Access to Members’ Grille Room, all dining facilities, and member social events for immediate family
- No food and beverage minimum
- Reciprocal privileges and benefits at all Southworth sister properties
Social Membership
- Access to all member social events
- Access to Members’ Grille Room, all dining facilities, and overnight Club Rooms
- No food and beverage minimum
- Reciprocal privileges and benefits at all Southworth sister properties
Pool Membership
- Access to pool and tennis facilities for immediate family
- Access to all member social events
- Access to Members’ Grille Room, all dining facilities, and overnight Club Rooms
- No food and beverage minimum
- Reciprocal privileges and benefits at all Southworth sister properties
Sports Membership
- Limited to two (2) golf rounds per membership per month (April-November)
- Tournament access on a space-available basis with the exception of the Club Championship, which is only open to Full Golf members
- Access to the private facilities before or after a round
- Full guest privileges
- Full access to the clubhouse, pool, and tennis courts for immediate family
- No food and beverage minimum
- Reciprocal privileges and benefits at all Southworth sister properties
Use of Membership Privileges by Immediate Family
All individual memberships include a social membership for the member’s immediate family, defined as his or her spouse/significant other and unmarried children under the age of 25 living at home or attending school on a full-time basis.
All family memberships include spouse/significant other living at the same address and unmarried children under the age of 25 living at home or attending school on a full-time basis.
Guest Privileges
Members will be entitled to have guests use the Club facilities only in accordance with the privileges granted by the member’s category of membership and in compliance with the rules relating to guests, including limitations on the number of times a particular guest may use the golf and recreational facilities of the Club during a membership year. Details regarding the type and privileges of guests are contained in the Membership Plan, and are subject to change from time to time.
